Coaching & Mentoring Refund Policy

 

These coaching and mentoring programmes are for a minimum 6 month commitment.

Note: After your 6 month commitment, you can opt for a month to month plan (where you can stay with me indefinitely but can cancel at anytime)

Once a payment has been processed and session had, it won’t be refunded. If you decide to leave the programme after your 6 month commitment, you will have up to 60 days to use any remaining sessions credits.

If you decide within 30 days of signing up that you no longer wish to continue the programme, you will be entitled to cancel.

However, if you’ve already used a coaching session a refund is not offered (since the service has already been used).

You must request that refund and programme cancellation by emailing me at jane@janelawsolutions.co.uk.

No refund or cancellations are available after your 30 day period until your 6th session.

In Summary:

Note 1: No cancellations or refunds are available after 30 days from date of signing up.

Note 2: If you did not submit a refund request within 30 days after your purchase, you’re obliged to complete your remaining monthly installment payments.

Note 3: You are allowed one reappointment annually, with a potential refund if you absolutely can’t get it rescheduled within the same month.

Note 4: After that one reappointment is used, if you miss another coaching session or have to reschedule for another month, you will not be refunded for the month that was missed.
